2026 Spring Farmers' Market Application

Vendor Acceptance Process: All vendors are required to submit this online application and accounts must be in good standing in order to be approved. If you are a food vendor, you MUST submit your food safe certificate. Returning 2025 Christmas Marketplace Vendors are given first preference until January 23rd, 2026. Applications received after this date will be reviewed based on the date the application was received. Once a vendor has received an acceptance email, an invoice will follow. Payment is required within two (2) weeks of the invoice date to secure your booth. If these requirements are not met, your booth may be given to another applicant. Refund policy: If a vendor wishes to be removed from the market on or before February 27, 2026, a full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be issued. Cancellations made between March 1, 2026 – March 27, 2026 will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after March 27, 2026. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card, check, cash or by E-transfer to info@fortsaskchamber.com. *When sending an E-transfer please include the registered business name and/or numbered company in the subject line to identify and apply your payment.
