For almost two decades, I worked behind the scenes of complex organizations, solving problems no one could quite define and building processes that turned overwhelm into action. I founded LPT to bring that same clarity and calm to purpose-driven entrepreneurs – because I believe success should feel spacious, not stressful.
I’m all about structure that serves, strategy that aligns, and connection that actually means something. My happy place? Helping ambitious people cut through the noise and move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan that fits.
When I’m not simplifying strategy or building systems, you’ll find me camping in the mountains, organizing an annual golf tournament with my siblings in honour of our dad – a tradition rooted in legacy, joy, and community – or deep in conversation with someone who inspires me.
